I am looking to rehome my congo DNA tested Male african grey parrot
I have come to realize with all my experience with these beautiful parrots they pick their owner , we do not pick them .. and i feel he would be happier with someone he can pick ..with me he is a biter , the only time i can handle him is about 1/2 before putting him in his roosting cage at night while on my bed together

hes feathers are intact, speaks many words ,hes nearly 12 years old, he is a great parrot if you do not mind a parrot who will come out of his cage on his own for a short time

he is a great eater eats seeds , all kinds of fruit and vegtables (daily) , loves chicken legs on the bone to eat , eggs (on sundays ), pine nuts ,pizza crust , cut up steaks and other meats.

he will come with 2 cages .. 1 is his roosting cage for night time (i put him in this cage around 8 pm this cage is in my room away from the other birds i have so he can rest ) and his day time cage ( he is in it from 8 am to 8 pm ) i have put him in (durning the day )a cage with a female african grey he does not seem to like it much .. he stay on one perch

he does talk a bit hes soft spoken ..
