HERSHEY IS A 3 YEAR OLD BELIEVED TO BE FEMALE ROSELLA PARAKEET- AND ISN'T SHE JUST BEAUTIFUL...... UPDATE- Hershey is a very cool bird and she is just the cutest thing, and this girl can imitate some really neat sounds!!.....Did i mention when the kids sing she sings too, at least her version of the song! On the down side, Hershey is very nippy and will bite. When shes having an off day she can give us a challenge when we attempt to clean her cage. In my opinion she just is much happier having bird pals around then people. The best family for her would be a home with other Rosella's or other types of bird friends, since she seems to really enjoy the company and just interacting from her cage with other birds.The family that would be best for her would be one that isn't looking for a bird that requires endless attention, and that isn't overly demanding of their time. She needs someone who will just sit next to her while enjoying how amazing this little bird is with her beauty, comical behaviors and very entertaining personality.
