Hi, my name is Jackson. I was originally thought to be a beagle but the vet thinks that Im a purebred harrier because Im a little bit bigger than your average beagle. Im approximately 1 year old and still somewhat of a puppy so I need a family who will be patient with me as I learn perfect house manners. Im a fun and playful little guy that can act silly one minute but then I will settle down and be cuddly and affectionate the next. I am very friendly with other dogs and kids of all ages and sizes. I am very curious about cats; the only one I ever met ran and hid. My foster mom has taught me to stay off the furniture and if I forget all she has to tell me is down and I listen. I have had a lot of progress recently with my housetraining! I used to be an outside dog but now I am pretty much housetrained. Since Ive been in foster care Ive improved so much that I havent had any accidents for the past 2 weeks! My foster mom is really proud of me and how much I have learned. As you can see from this last picture, rolling around in couch cushions, piles of clothes, and blankets is my favorite thing to do. I'm neutered and up to date on my shots, heartguard, and frontline. I'm being fostered in the Philadelphia area and am available for meet and greets!
