Update April 21: Dovey has been with the rescue for a whole year now. She has adjusted well but is wary of meeting new people and will growl - once she gets to know you, she is very friendly and cuddly. For this reason, she will not do well in a home with small children or a busy household. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Poor Dovey was a stray in Reading. It was obvious she had been nursing pups but no pups were found. Dovey has been very sad looking for her pups. Dovey is a little shy when she meets you but is very friendly.
