9/24/09 Nestle is a female chocolate lab, approx. 3 years old, weighing 70 pounds. She is a large dog! This girl was dumped at the shelter with her 11 puppies, which have all since been adopted. Now Miss Nestle needs a permanent, loving home. She has been spayed and is up to date on all her shots/worming. She also tested negative for heartworms and is on prevention meds. Nestle is a very laid back dog, gentle and friendly with everyone. She also walks well on a leash! She loves to be free to roam around the yard and enjoy the sunshine but more than anything she loves to be pet and get treats! She is a typical dog and enjoys chasing my outdoor cat, Smokey, up a tree. This is a wonderful dog with an exceptional disposition. Smokey (the cat) and will greatly appreciate it if someone will open up their heart and home to this wonderful dog!! The total cost of her adoptin is $335 and that includes spaying, heartworm testing, vaccinations, worming, quarantine, health certificate, and transportation from Alabama. If you are interested in this dog/puppy you MUST fill out our entire adoption appliction. We absolutely MUST have your vet reference and your vets phone number. Your application must be complete and then we will check your references and call you. We have dogs here in PA and we also transport dogs for our sister rescue in Alabama. We get WONDERFUL dogs from the south. Every breed and every age. We have an exceptional success rate. The We honestly represent these animals and the adoption fees include spaying/neutering on dogs 6 months or older, heartworm testing, rabies and distemper vaccinations, and worming. We will test them with cats and other dogs for you and we ship them to the Allentown area as well as throughout New England. We have excellent references and an excellent reputation. The adoption fees include $110 transport fee to get the dog to this area as well as $40.00 for a health certificate which is required by law to ship a dog from one state to another.
