Senior Staffing Director (possibly Vice President)

World class manufacturing company in Eastern PA has an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Staffing/ Talent Acquisition pro to lead its world wide staffing function.

The ideal candidate has:
• 20+ solid years of business experience. Experience MUST include: senior level recruiting, managing other recruiters and operations and/or sales experience. This is NOT an HR Generalist position
• Worked with a world class company(s)
• A BS with a high GPA from a premier school; MBA preferred
• A very stable employment history with progressive career growth
• The ability to function strategically while juggling hands on, day to day priorities
• The ability to regularly interact with senior management
• The demonstrated ability to cultivate effective, long term relationships with hiring managers, schools, agencies and others
• The ability to function in a fast growing, dynamic, challenging privately held company environment
