We need a licensed real estate broker for our new Trenton location. Our niche is renting apartments, condos, lofts and other privately held residential locations.
Preferably, the chosen broker of record is currently operating a business and would be willing to hold a (second) license for us in addition to his current real estate work. Broker-Salespeople cannot do so under NJ Real Estate guidelines, however, Broker of Records can hold multiple licenses at the same location. The respective broker would supervise all deals and would be fully in control of the respective transaction. Compensation to be based on closed deals and a monthly expense reimbursement.
