Description
Liv is a 8 year old Belgian filly, who despite a rough start is now ready for adoption. She has some on and off lameness issues, so while fairly sound, she is not 100%. Livy was born on the farm to another Belgian that we had rescued from New Holland auction; we didn't know her mom was pregnant when we took her. For Livy to be at her best, she needs an experienced trainer to work with her, as she does not have the typical easy going draft horse personality. She can sometimes worry about things. She is fair with the vet and can be difficult with the farrier at times. She needs a quiet trainer who is patient and does not react with a heavy hand. Her affection is easily given to those who are gentle with her. Liv would love to be sponsored while she waits to be adopted! Please contact Mylestone!
