Palomino - Large - Senior - Male - Horse - Sunny
Description
Sunny is a very handsome Palomino gelding, 28+ years old. He has a very sweet and gentle demeanor with everyone - other horses, adults and children alike. He was once a show horse and a lesson horse, but ended up in a hack stable where his care continued to decline. He couldn't compete with the other horses for food, so he lost weight. His original rescuers gave him to a friend of Mylestone, hoping that we could find Sunny a home from there. However, he developed arthritis in his knees and then Cushings Disease and the person who'd taken him asked Mylestone to take Sunny in. He arrived October, 2006, and is beginning treatment for his medical problems. He is progressing nicely, but needs special care! This gentle fellow needs some friends!
